Having an error installing texlive-bin-2013.30973-3

I found someone posted this same error in 2010, but there were no replies. The output is different thant the recent TexLive news on the home page, so I'm not sure if it's related, but I thought possibly not.

EDIT: There's no pacnew files or anything for me to handle as the news suggests. I've never modified anything from this package, let alone used it (it's a dependency of another package). This happens even after uninstalling then reinstalling.

It's not an error. texlive-bin just contains binaries. Install texlive-core instead.
