Description:

python2-jinja has python2-setuptools in depends, which should really be makedepends, I think.
Same goes for python-jinja and python-setuptools.

Additionally, there seems to be some more python2-* python-* packages which unnecessarily require *-setuptools:

pacman -Sii python{2,}-setuptools|grep Required
Required By : closure-linter deluge fabric glances ipython2 mcomix morituri ninja-ide pep8-python2 pitivi python2-jinja python2-nose python2-pip python2-pygments python2-pylint supervisor synaptiks ubuntuone-client
Required By : ipython livestreamer pep8-python3 python-jinja python-nose python-pip python-pygments python-pylint python-virtualenv-clone

Additional info:
* package version(s)
python2-jinja 2.7.1-2
python-jinja 2.7.1-2

Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  Setuptools is indeed required.

Stuff from pkg_resources is included in Jinja's loaders.py. Setuptools is also required for /usr/bin/pygmentize (provided by python2-jinja).

Distribute (now setuptools) deps were cleaned up not long ago:
