DetailsLast update rename /etc/pam.d/fingerprint-auth to /etc/pam.d/fingerprint-auth.pacsave and don't place any working file. After that I can not login or can not use su. Everything fine with old file.

Then keep it. That file was just for use by GDM. It's not used anywhere else in Arch.
