How do you imagine anyone could possibly help you debug this?

I've noticed that the default kernel is built with a « forced » preempt setting while fedora uses a « volunteer » preempt setting.

Rebuilding the kernel with arch's default conf and changing forced to volunteer seems to resolve the problem. I'm running videos for hours with this kernel.
