Description:
Groff fails to compile PDF when Century Schoolbook is selected as a font (or any other font that depends on Ghostscript) and the input encoding is set as UTF-8 during compilation.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.
Groff 1.22.2-3
Ghostscript 9.08-1
Error message: Failed to open '/usr/share/ghostscript/9.07/Resource/Font/CenturySchL-Bold'

A recompile against the new version of Ghostscript fixes it.

Steps to reproduce:
Invoke Groff (with PDF postprocessor and setting input encoding as UTF-8: groff -e -t -m ms -K utf8 -dpaper=a4 -T pdf -P -e) on a file with the Century Schoolbook font selected (see attachment)
