I've brought up a new mirror in Blacksburg, Virginia, USA.

The mirror is mirror.vtti.vt.edu, accessible via http and FTP at the following URL's:

http://mirror.vtti.vt.edu/archlinux/
ftp://mirror.vtti.vt.edu/archlinux/

I'm syncing from rit.edu 4 times a day, and the administrative contact e-mail is bmaloney@vtti.vt.edu.

The mirror was added with the http URL. We don't use ftp anymore.
