Hmm, what filesystem are you using? Also, please run a filesystem consistency check on your filesystem to make sure there are no problems.

my fs is reiserfs and i check consistency of hd.. but i have the same problem tnks..
try upgrade mono since 1.1.11.1, i have this problem ...

Does this problem occur with mono 1.1.13? If so, try removing mono with pacman -Rd and try reinstalling it again.

Is there anybody else encountering that problem. I think it's eithere related to filesystem problems or a borked pacman database on your box. Did Jan's suggestion help you?
