Try to umount floppy from terminal and it appears to be ok. Mount floppy again and floppy light activates and terminal doesn't return to prompt. Status on 3.11.1?

I thought it was ok after I first installed 3.11.1 and rebooted. Floppy was mounting and umounting fine. I shut my computer down until the next day and when I tried my floppy I still seem to be having the same problems again so back to 3.9.9-1 and no problems. Upstream bug not showing any activity except for my additions. Does anyone use floppies anymore?
