Detailstk.pc still contains @TK_LIBS@ which should probably have been substituted with something useful.

TK_LIBS is defined in /usr/lib/tkConfig.sh which, if I understand correctly its header, should be sourced by configure scripts. Anyhow, I added unversioned library symlink to both tcl and tk so pypy should compile now.
