Detailsapache-ant.install creates the symlink instead of it just being installed via pacman:
ln -s /etc/apache-ant /usr/share/apache-ant/etc |

Reason for closing: Not a bug
Additional comments about closing: This is due to a recent migration process for the ant configuration folder from /usr/share/apache-ant/etc to /etc/apache-ant in Arch Linux. The last step of this migration will include handling this link inside the PKGBUILD and will come with the next Ant release.
