Description:
Firefox has a click to play feature since its older releases. I used to use this feature but it's not working now and doesn't block the plugin content anymore.
Additional info:

* config and/or log files etc.


Steps to reproduce:
From about:config page set the "plugins.click_to_play" value as "true"
Enter any flash containing site, the flash plugin will be activated without clicking.

I can confirm this. This is quite a security issue. But it is probably caused by upstream.

You need to set not only plugins.click_to_play, but also set plugin.default.state to "1".

You can set individual plugins in the addon manager. The above setting makes the default action be "Ask to Activate".

plugins.click_to_play will default to "true" in the next release.
