It is a similar issue for the python 2 variant, too.

I am using x86_64. Not sure if the issue presents on 32 bit, too.

Currently, I cannot get any python script run by my web server, probably due to this. :'(

That wouldn't stop you from running Python scripts. Apache is just sassy.

The python 3's are so similar, I'm pretty sure mod_wsgi doesn't use any exclusive >3.0 features. But, I could rebuild just to remove the warnings. Assigned to myself at low priority.
