DetailsDescription: Following this guide: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Unified_Extensible_Firmware_Interface#Create_UEFI_bootable_USB_from_ISO
my USB doesn't boot with version ARCH_201306 and ARCH_201307 but it works with ARCH_201303 ! Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. Hardware ref: N3NAQFR thinkpad X1 CARBON TOUCH, the default occure with UEFI or UEFI+LEGACY boot enabled in the bios setup. The bios is running the last version from lenovo. Steps to reproduce: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Unified_Extensible_Firmware_Interface#Create_UEFI_bootable_USB_from_ISO and use the iso http://archlinux.mirrors.ovh.net/archlinux/iso/2013.07.01/archlinux-2013.07.01-dual.iso Note I also tryed with refind.conf with the same problem, the screen stay "locked" after the load of initrd. I guess the problem is more coming from the initrd. Good luck. |
