Uninstall gst-vaapi as a workaround.

I rebuilt gst-vaapi from git (1291.73323ba) and now totem will start without crashing, but about half of the h264 videos I try to play with it only have sound and display either a black screen or a color with flashing vertical and horizontal lines near the left and top edges. All of those videos will play find in mplayer with -vo vaapi and I can't find any pattern to which ones do or don't work. The ones that do play work great with very low cpu usage.
