Upgraded system including this package:

xf86-video-intel-2.21.12-1

Rebooted. After kde4 login screen I was presented with splash screen and the desktop started to load. When the system tray was populating with icons all of the sudden system crashed and I was greeted with KDM yet again.

Hashing out the AccelMethod like allows to boot to the KDE4 without the X crash so its SNA that is causing the trouble...

UXA is still the default acceleration and a valid workaround.

We won't patch it to avoid possible side effects. Feel free to use abs'n patch it yourself.
