Description:
Recently i upgraded my CPU to an AMD Phenom(tm) 9950 Quad-Core Processor. If i connect an USB Device which need higher power for example my USB Headset, all programs which access get blocking/hanging. I cannot kill them any more.

Short example / Steps to reproduce:
1) Start audacity
2) Record a song, while listening to another.
3) Try to stop the record, audacity hangs forever.
4) Start a nice game, e.g. supertuxkart, it hangs forever. Start alsamixer it hangs forever. Start skype try to call someone, it hangs forever.
5) After a few minutes randomly my mouse disconnects or my keyboard disconnects and i cannot reconnect it.

The same thing with my usb storage, but i cannot reproduces it, because it only happend once.
