Details

Build gnucash with --enable-python-bindings and put contents of /usr/lib/python3.3/site-pacakages in a split package named python-gnucash.

Please reconsider compiling with -DWITH_PYTHON=ON. I added that single line to current 3.2-1 PKGBUILD and it builds cleanly to produce a package only very slightly larger. No need to create a split package.
