DetailsDescription:
Using wine version 1.6rc3-1 causes many 3d models in EverQuest Titanium client to fail to render when running with nvidia/virtualgl installed which leads to a client crash of the game. Downgrade of nvidia did not resolve issue, downgrade of wine fixed issue. I have not tested on any other 3d games under wine at this point. Additional info: * package version(s) 1.6rc3-1 * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: Install latest wine, attempt to run a 3d application. |

Unless you have reason to believe this is a packaging bug, please file it upstream. http://bugs.winehq.org/

Since you didn't give us any details on bit versions and packages you are using specifically in this chain, I have reason to believe you are merely running 64-bit wine on a 64-bit graphics stack without any 32-bit drivers or userspace stuff installed. Install 32-bit stuff and try again. Also, this bug is in the wrong category since wine is in [community]. Closing this one. Reopen in [community] if bug persists and you can confirm it to be a packaging bug. I can confirm virtualgl and wine to be working with 3D stuff on my system.
