Why would this fail when the shell expression "[ /usr/sbin/dhcpd -ef /usr/bin/dhcpd ]" is true on an up to date Arch system?

Not entirely sure, it was giving me an error message every time I tried to load it though, I might need to run pacman -Syu again :/

Let me get a chance to run that when I get back to the computer and I'll update/ask to close this. if it's my mistake I apologize.
