Judging by the comments on bug

the last line in /usr/bin/skype must have been intended to be:
exec=/usr/bin/env PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=30 "$LIBDIR/skype/skype" "$@"

I've already fixed this, the variable just has to be before the
exec, but using env would have worked too.
