In a base-devel chroot or similar, findmnt doesn't work (maybe more tools?):

# findmnt
findmnt: error while loading shared libraries: libudev.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This dep was intentionally ignored to avoid a cyclic dependency between systemd and util-linux.
