DetailsInstalling wvstreams 4.2 causes wvdial to break. wvdial is linked against libwv*.so.4.0, and wvstreams replaces them with libwv*.so.4.2.
I'm suspecting a simple recompilation of wvdial, linking it against wvstreams 4.2, would do. |

I have confirmed that a re-compilatin of wvdial against wvstreams 4.2 indeed works. (I am typing this over such a connection.)

yes, wvdial needs to be rebuild
