Starting MC when GPM is running causes segmentation fault immediately:

*** debug [lib/liblow.c(210)]:
VC:0
Segmentation fault
My config:
mc 4.6.1-2
gpm 1.20-1.5
Arch Linux 0.7.1 (FTP install) on VMware Workstation 5.5
mouse type (as lshwd says): Generic PS/2 Wheel Mouse [/dev/psaux] (msintellips/2)
Changing settings of GPM does not help.

I cannot test if this is the case on real machine.

i can second this, on a real terminal with gpm started it segfaults right after startup.
what's more starting ~/.mc doesn't fix it, if that helps.

New gpm-1.20-6 fixed this problem, but now there is the line *** debug [lib/liblow.c]: in MC right above the command prompt (the same bug existed in all earlier versions of GMP and MC).
IMO this bug should be closed now. However GPM needs more patching to eliminate that debug line in MC.

P.S.:
To developers: Why are there many bug reports which are now resolved but still not closed??? Somebody of Flyspray admins should close those bug reports.
