DetailsIt builds without xorg-xkbcomp installed, and it's just a database, that can be used not only through xorg-xkbcomp, but also through libxkbcommon.
Removing the dependency will make it easier to setup X-less Wayland system. |

xorg-xkbcomp is already a dependency of xorg-server-common so it should be painless for the users.
