Description:
icu is missing from midori's dependencies. Without it, midori will not run. This is what you see instead:
$ midori
midori: error while loading shared libraries: libicui18n.so.51: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

There are also a bunch of missing icons in midori. An extra icon pack should at least be listed as an optional dependency.

Additional info:
my midori is version 0.5.2-1

Steps to reproduce:
Install midori. Do not install gnome, kde, xfce4 or anything else, as one of these will probably pull in icu. Just run it in a small window manager like fluxbox.

Run midori in a terminal to see the error.
