Description: cal utility with flag -y print first line of each month in wrong place.

Sample output w and w/o -y flag: http://pastebin.com/faRmZ9XW
Also, LC_ALL=C cal -y works perfect.

last util-linux pkg with version 2.23.2-1 has necessary fixes. Thanks :)
