Description:
with disabled qt4, kdepim-runtime cannot find strigi anymore and will compile without it.
please renabled qt4 in strigi so kdepim-runtime build can find strigi again.

May I ask why do you need strigi support in kdepim-runtime?

It's only needed by the akonadi-strigi-feeder that has never been built because it also needs AKONADI_USE_STRIGI_SEARCH support in Akonadi (which is OFF by default).

I was under the assumption it is needed for email text search within kmail. if it is not needed, then just close this bug :)

It's not. Strigi is going to be removed in favor of Nepomuk.
