Description:
The libgcrypt package description appears to be missing a few words.

Additional info:
* The current description is 'a general purpose crypto library based on the code
used'.
* One possible replacement for the current description is 'a general purpose
cryptographic library based on the code from GnuPG' (source:
http://www.gnu.org/software/libgcrypt/).
