DetailsDescription:
Add a provides to the glibc and dietlibc packages as "libc" in addition to "glibc" and "dietlibc" respectively. This is to promote package interchangability, and allow an easy and user safe(er) switch between libc packages, should they wish to change. By adding a provides, this also still allow dependancies to specify a specific package if it needs package specific features.
