Details

The switch to systemd service units removed support for /etc/conf.d/dhcp. This feature requests concerns re-adding this functionality using systemd EnvironmentFile directives.

A patch implementing this change, along with a copy of the old /etc/conf.d/dhcp file, is attached.

Additional comments about closing:  Use a dropin dir or simply override the service. systemd-delta lets you easily keep track of these additions.

just override what your want using systemd drop-ip files.
