Description: JRuby package contains files meant for other platforms, those can be safely removed during packaging, in my opinion. I suggest adding the following lines to the PKGBUILD:

rm opt/jruby/bin/*.{bat,dll,exe}
rm -r opt/jruby/lib/native/{arm-Linux,Darwin,i386-SunOS,i386-Windows,ppc-AIX,sparcv9-SunOS,x86_64-FreeBSD,x86_64-SunOS,x86_64-Windows}
rm opt/jruby/tool/nailgun/ng.exe

Additional info:
* jruby 1.7.4-1
