Details

I made few changed to package:
1) Add systemd support. Now the package provides 2 services 'amuled' and 'amuleweb'. These 2 tools are developed separately and started by different services. 'amuleweb' depends on 'amuled'
2) Added install script that setups 'amule' user account
3) Updated version to revision 10803

Once changes will be accepted I'll update wiki page (remove old init.d stuff and replace it with systemd).
