DetailsDescription: GIMP crashes when selecting gradient while creating a logo
Additional info: * package version(s): 2.8.4-2 * config and/or log files etc.: n/a Steps to reproduce: (e.g.) Click File > Create > Logos > Cool Metal Select a font Select a different gradient to the default GIMP crashes at this point Backtrace attached |
This task depends upon
gimp_2.8.4-2_backtrace.txt
These people here have the same problem on PCLinuxOS, so even though it seems it works fine on Windows, this might be mainstream. Also note that this problem is due to the gradient seletor of script-fu.
For exaple:
Click File > Create > Logos > Comic Book
And change the default gradient.

I can confirm that 2.8.6 works for me. :-)
