Details/etc/conf.d/postgresql is not provided anymore https://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/commit/trunk/PKGBUILD?h=packages/postgresql&id=632f22b0898e9548ccd5fb7d2b202870ca4b362d but is still present in the backup array and is reported missing:
$ pacman -Qii postgresql | grep -i missing MISSING /etc/conf.d/postgresql Please update the backup array. |
