/etc/conf.d/vde is not provided anymore https://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/commit/trunk?h=packages/vde2&id=8ce125c1448592b65a95068d30d68a055cef1cd4 but is still present in the backup array and is reported missing:
$ pacman -Qii vde2 | grep -i missing
MISSING /etc/conf.d/vde

Please update the backup array.
