/etc/conf.d/kexec is not provided anymore https://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/commit/trunk?h=packages/kexec-tools&id=aa7460eaa6fc6238a7dba23fd4347ae5fea8b397 but is still present in the backup array and is reported missing:
$ pacman -Qii kexec-tools | grep -i missing
MISSING /etc/conf.d/kexec

Please update the backup array.
