DetailsI just noticed that cairo-dock-plugins 3.2.1-3 (Community ) isn't working properly, some of the applets aren't compiling. I ran pacman -Qi on the pkg and it shows vte3 as a Optional dependency, even though it's required for all the applets to function.

vte3 is only required for the terminal applet, the applets that are not compiled have nothing to do with it, and they are not compiled because they have ubuntu deps that are only in the AUR. If you want them, just install those deps from the AUR, ./configure is pretty clear about the ones you need.
