DetailsDescription:
libjpeg-turbo now installs all files that are in turbojpeg (e.g. /usr/lib/libturbojpeg.so), so the latter isn't needed (and causes conflicts) - the former should replace it. lib32-turbojpeg should probably be removed too, and dependant packages (e.g. bumblebee) rebuilt with the new dependency. I've fixed libjpeg-turbo and removed turbojpeg. I'll let you fix the multilib packages.
