Description:
networkmanager usb internet key mobile 3g not recognized it is necessary to downgrade modemmanager and networkmanager according to forum messages.
downgrade to:
modemmanager 0.6.0.0-1
networkmanager 0.9.8.0-2

works fine but with the newer version of modemmanager, you'll have to start the service.
systemctl start ModemManager
systemctl enable ModemManager
