Additional comments about closing: I'm extremely sure that this problem exists on your side only. You are using some custom package of some sort or some fucked environment variables. Reopen if that is not the case after careful examination of your system.

You should check that your system is up to date and that any custom package that you compiled which links to libpng15.so gets recompiled against libpng16.so.
