Description:
Trying to compile Chromium with all tests using gcc 4.8.0-4, an ICE is hit.

I am aware the attached TC should yield a type error.

Steps to reproduce:
$ g++ -c testcase.i
testcase.i: In member function void OcclusionTrackerTestIdentityTransforms<Types>::RunMyTest():
testcase.i:13:51: internal compiler error: in value_dependent_expression_p, at cp/pt.c:19607
(void) (sizeof(::IsNullLiteralHelper((Rect()).x())) == 1) ;

gcc-4.8.1 has an RC so this will be fixed when I package that.
