Description:
lib32-flashplugin should be a real dependency for steam, instead of an optional one.

Additional info:
* package version 1.0.0.39-1

Steps to reproduce:
- Log in to steam
- open the shop, linux section
- open game page "Don't Starve"
-> Game page will load, but freeze the application (no scrolling, links don't work)

Steps to resolve:
- kill steam
- install lib32-flashplugin
- repeat steps above
-> Game page loads, trailer starts playing (scrolling and links work)

Reason for closing:  Won't fix
Additional comments about closing:  It isn't a depends, and it shouldn't freeze. Report that bug to steams github

So why should flash be a real dependency? AFAIK, you can still use Steam for its purpose of playing the games themselves.

But IMO is a) the shop an integral part of the application and b) you can't properly buy games, because the game page freezes the steam completely.
While I agree that watching trailers isn't a primary use case for steam, buying stuff probably is. One could also escalate to Valve, as the freezing of steam due to a lack of flash is a newly developed "feature" rolled out with the 2nd or 3rd to last update.
