extra/opus-1.0.2-2 added '--enable-custom-modes' recently in it's build
required for jack2/netjack to be used.

Please rebuild jack2 with opus enabled.

Also, this bug http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=53663
seems to be fixed, allowing jack2 to be build with default cpu optimizations.
