Description:
When playing a video file with subtitles, smplayer seems to ignore the hour on the timestamp.

For example:
On 00:01:38 the subs corresponding to both 00:01:38 and 01:01:38 will be shown.

If I feed the file to mplayer from the command line, the issue isn't showing. Erasing the profile doe not help.

It started something like a week ago, the update to 0.8.5 did not change anything.

Play a video file that has subs of the same name in its directory.

This is not an issue with smplayer but with mplayer (also mplayer-vaapi).

Mplayer with the -ass option (SSA/ASS subtitle rendering) has the same problem.

Filed a bug upstream: http://bugzilla.mplayerhq.hu/show_bug.cgi?id=2139

I might try to port the fix from the mpv-mplayer project. :)
