I think this is a bug on your system that's covered by another bug:
the python modules for gnome-bluetooth are installed in /opt/gnome/lib/python/site-packages for the version in extra, while the testing version installs them in /usr/opt/gnome/lib/python/site-packages. These files should be in /usr/lib/python/site-packages instead.
The reason why you get this error is because you have some old files in that place (did you compile it by hand and then install a package?)
