Description:
The permissions of /usr/bin/notmuch is rw-r--r--

Additional info:
* Version 0.15.2-2
*I did not check i686, but it is for sure this way in x86_64

Steps to reproduce:
None... its just that way. I guess do an "ls -l /usr/bin/notmuch"
