Building sage-mathematics from abs as a non-root user fails, because it tries to write to /build/src. Moreover, the failure happens at the end of the compilation, so if the user forgets to change the DOT_SAGE location, they will waste a few hours of compile time. Please change it to some world-writable location, like /tmp (if that breaks in chroots, another option is something like ${srcdir}/.sage ) |
