Description: The notmuch-runtime PKGBUILD (as seen here: https://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit/community.git/tree/trunk/PKGBUILD?h=packages/notmuch) installs the "notmuch" binary to /usr/bin with the following command:

install -Dm644 notmuch "$pkgdir/usr/bin/notmuch"

As a result, the binary is not marked executable, and the primary tool of the package appears unusable out of the box.

Steps to reproduce: Install notmuch-runtime, try "notmuch", or "which notmuch".
