Description:
No longer able to run notmuch as a regular user.

* config and/or log files etc.

ls -l /usr/bin/notmuch
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 216448 May 12 01:13 /usr/bin/notmuch

with 0.15.2-1:
ls -l /usr/bin/notmuch
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 119632 Mar 3 16:57 /usr/bin/notmuch

Steps to reproduce:
Upgrade to 0.15.2-2, run 'notmuch'
