Description:
Rekonq, the browser, needs kdebase-konqueror installed in order to display the "Search engines" config section, but rekonq, the package, doesn't require it.

This is an old problem, but first I thought it was a problem in rekonq, but then I figured out the problem is in the package.

Additional info:
* Happens in 2.3.0-1

Steps to reproduce:
1 - pacman -S rekonq
2 - Run rekonq
3 - Go to configurations
4 - Go to the "Search engine" section
5 - "Plugin missing"
